What is PRO-Lite license and how can I access it?

PRO-Lite is our FREE offering of the PRO suite. The PRO-Lite license offers a range of features to help you explore and interact with EEG data through the EmotivPRO software. With this license, you’ll be able to:

• View Raw EEG Data: See EEG brainwave activity in real time.
• Access Low-Resolution Performance Metrics: Get basic metrics to assess cognitive performance at low-resolution
• Monitor Motion Data: Track the participant’s head movements alongside EEG data.
• Analyze Frequency Bands: Measurement of brainwave frequency bands, such as Alpha, Beta, Theta, and Gamma.

However, there are some limitations with the PRO-Lite license:

• Data Export: You are unable to export data from the EmotivPRO app.
• Recording Limits: You can make no more than 5 EEG recordings under the PRO-Lite license.

Why upgrade to a paid PRO license?

Upgrading to a paid PRO license unlocks a full suite of advanced features for more in-depth experimentation and analysis, including:

The PRO-Lite license is insufficient for research purposes as it does not allow you to export recordings from the app. Upgrading to the full PRO license ensures you have the tools you need for comprehensive data collection, analysis, and publishing in a professional or research setting.

IMPORTANT: PRO-Lite does not support data import/export.
