How do I cancel my subscription?

We encourage customers to cancel the subscription directly from their account page and fill the satisfaction survey before the cancellation. The purpose of the process is to help us improve the products and services as much as possible.

Instructions on how to cancel a subscription from your account on the website:

1. Log in to your account on EMOTIV Website

You will be able to view and access your previous orders under Order History.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details on the right hand side.

3. Choose the subscription plan you wish to cancel by selecting "Manage this subsription"

4. Click "Cancel subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
