How long does it take to process my order?
At EMOTIV, our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring quality and compliance.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders for headsets like EPOC X, INSIGHT, FLEX, and MN8, along with their accessories, are fulfilled from our factory in the Philippines (via UPS and DHL). Please allow up to 3–4 weeks for these items to be dispatched and shipped.
For X-trodes products, which ship from our facility in Israel (via DHL), the dispatch and shipping timeframe is approximately 6–8 weeks.
These are estimated times—delivery may take longer around local holidays or during periods of high courier volume.
