How to submit Feedback via EmotivPRO for issue investigation

If you experience any issues while using our software, we may need the Cortex log file to investigate further. Please follow these steps to submit your feedback along with the log file:

Open EmotivPRO application

  • Mac OS: Click on the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the applet to show the options menu
  • Windows: Click on the three-dot icon in the bottom right corner of the applet to show the options menu
  • Click on “Feedback”, write your feedback and then submit the form

Once submitted, our team will receive the Cortex log files and proceed with further analysis to resolve the issue.
