Can I connect multiple headsets to a single computer to collect data concurrently?
While it may seem convenient to connect multiple headsets to a single computer for concurrent data collection, we do not recommend doing so. Connecting two or more devices to the same computer can lead to software conflicts, resulting in unexpected crashes or performance issues. There is also a risk of losing valuable data during the process.
To ensure the best performance and reliable data collection, we advise that each headset be paired with a separate computer when running data collection. This way, you can avoid software glitches and ensure that your data remains intact and accurate.
For optimal results, always follow the recommended configuration and set up each headset individually with its own computer to maintain the integrity of your data and prevent any disruptions. If you have any further questions about connecting your devices, feel free to reach out for assistance.
