EMOTIV President, Prof. Olivier Oullier recently delivered a live demonstration of our intelligent brain-sensing earbuds MN8 during his presentation on the Future of Work at Fortune Magazine’s Global Tech Forum in Guangzhou, China. “Two key issues every organization is facing in the workplace are stress and distraction. Our brains are too often expected to adapt to one-size-fits-all work environments whereas it should be the other way around.” Olivier emphasized the importance of “personalized working environments” which, by contrast, should adapt to the way our brains work- something that real-time neuroinformatics and MN8’s form factor allow at scale. “We need to be able to monitor brain activity in real life in order to create solutions that customize and personalize our working experience,” he said. “There is no health without brain health. There is no wellness without brain wellness.”
