We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Framer Developer to join our cross-functional team and help craft engaging, interactive, and high-performing websites that showcase the Emotiv brand.

Role Summary

As a Framer Developer, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and developing modern, visually striking websites and landing pages using Framer. You’ll collaborate with our design, marketing, and product teams to rapidly iterate and launch experiences that drive engagement and conversion across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and build responsive, interactive websites using Framer.

• Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional and optimized web pages.

• Work closely with designers and marketers to iterate and launch marketing campaigns, product pages, and landing pages.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, performance, and accessibility.

• Implement SEO best practices, analytics tracking scripts, and third-party integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager).

• Maintain consistent branding and user experience across all Framer-based websites.

• Own the lifecycle of Framer projects from prototyping to deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in front-end or web development, with proven hands-on Framer experience.

• Deep knowledge of Framer features, including:

  • Components, interactions, CMS/data bindings

  • Hosting and publishing

  • Custom code embeds

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, especially as it relates to custom Framer development.

• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and working with designers.

• Experience implementing tracking, analytics, and third-party marketing tools.

• Understanding of web performance, SEO, and accessibility principles.

• Strong portfolio of Framer projects (please include links).

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern web technologies or frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind, GSAP).

• Knowledge of UX best practices, micro-interactions, and motion design.

• Experience with A/B testing, personalization tools, or content experimentation.

• Familiarity with Git, Notion, Jira, and agile workflows.
