What happens after my paid PRO license expires?
Once your paid PRO subscription expires or is canceled, your account will automatically downgrade to PRO-Lite. Any data recorded under a premium (paid) PRO license will be locked and inaccessible from PRO-Lite. To prevent data loss, we strongly recommend backing up your recordings to your local drive before canceling or downgrading. When you re-subscribe or upgrade your PRO subscription plan, you will regain access to all premium recordings.
Please note:
If you selected Data Opt-In during recordings, you can regain access to your data by subscribing to a premium (paid) license.
If you selected Data Opt-Out, no data was ever transferred to our cloud, meaning it cannot be recovered.
