Sometimes, tracking information updates before your package actually arrives. In most cases, the package will show up within 1 to 2 days. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, try the following:

• Contact the shipping courier immediately to check the status of your package. 

• Check around your home: Look near your mailbox, front porch, or other hidden spots where couriers might place packages to prevent theft.

• Look for a delivery notice: A missed delivery slip may be in your mailbox.

• Ask your building management or concierge: They may have accepted the package on your behalf.

• Check with housemates or neighbors: Someone might have picked it up for you.
