Why is My EmotivPRO Still Showing as Pro-Lite After Purchase?
If you’ve recently purchased an EmotivPRO license but the software is still showing as Pro-Lite, don’t worry—this can happen if the license hasn’t been activated successfully.
Here’s how to activate your license after purchase:
Sign out of the Emotiv Launcher: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the Launcher and select Sign Out.
Sign back in using the same account you used to purchase the license.
After logging in again, your license should now update and reflect your EmotivPRO subscription.
