Upgrading Your Subscription

When you upgrade your EMOTIV subscription, the change takes effect immediately, granting you access to the new features right away. You will be billed for the difference between the subscription plans on a pro-rata basis, meaning the charge will be calculated based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your subscription will renew at the new plan’s full price on your regular billing date.

Downgrading Your Subscription

If you choose to downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then, you will retain access to the features of your current plan. Once the downgrade is applied, you will lose access to any premium features and metrics associated with the higher-tier plan.
