For EPOC X, Insight, and Flex

When you purchase EPOC X, Insight, or Flex headsets, please note:

• Software is not included by default.
  
  

• Access to EMOTIV’s software platforms—such as EmotivPRO, BrainViz or Cortex SDK—must be purchased or subscribed to separately.

• This allows you to choose the software most appropriate for your needs, whether it’s EEG recording, BCI development, or research applications.

For Emotiv MN8 

The MN8 headset is designed for passive brain monitoring and wellness applications. With MN8:

• Access to the EMOTIV App is included for free. The app provides built-in tools for cognitive monitoring, attention tracking, and productivity-related insights.

• If you need advanced data access (e.g., raw EEG) or want to use neuroscience research tools like EMOTIVPRO, a separate license is required.
