How to cancel your Emotiv subscription?
To cancel your PRO subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to your EMOTIV account at https://account.emotiv.com/.
Navigate to the “My Subscriptions” section.
Select your PRO subscription and choose Cancel.
You can cancel future recurring payments at any time before your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation. We do not offer refunds if you have already been billed.
