How do I cancel my subscription?
We encourage customers to cancel the subscription directly from their account page and fill out the satisfaction survey before the cancellation. The purpose of the process is to help us improve the products and services as much as possible.
Instructions on how to cancel a subscription from your account on the website:
1. Log in to your account on EMOTIV Website
2. Click My Account in the top right corner
3. Click Subscriptions
4. Click VIEW to view your associated subscription details
5. Click Cancel button to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
