About the Role
We are seeking a Product Associate focused on execution and analytics to join our Product & Engineering team in Hanoi.
You’ll support our Director of Product and collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to translate product direction into actionable work items while tracking product performance through analytics tools such as Amplitude.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational side of product delivery and the analytical side of measuring success.
Key Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into JIRA-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements and prepare for sprint planning.
Maintain and update product documentation, including JIRA boards, Confluence pages, and release notes.
Support QA and validation, verify feature completion, and manage bug triage.
Set up and maintain Amplitude dashboards to monitor key metrics such as engagement, adoption, and retention.
Manage event tracking and tagging plans to ensure data consistency and visibility.
Generate insightful reports highlighting feature usage trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in product coordination, product analytics, or business analysis within a tech or SaaS environment.
Proficient understanding of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Amplitude (or similar tools such as
Mixpanel or GA4).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
First-principles thinking and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
A hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and quantitative insights to draw
meaningful conclusions.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of event analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
Experience with desktop and mobile applications.
Exposure to complex logic-based products or data-driven systems.
