COVID-19 Shipping Update

[April 8, 2020 – Shipping Update – Shipping has resumed for EPOC+, Insight and EPOC Flex Saline.]

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and sound and finding some comfort in the small acts of kindness that have popped up to show us the power of humanity and togetherness. In these difficult times, it is heartwarming to see people supporting and helping each other.

Thank you for being part of EMOTIV’s loyal and supportive global community over the years.  We want to be fully transparent about the challenges that we are facing at this time. As you can imagine, the functioning of our company, like so many around the world, has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yesterday, we were informed that the factory that builds, stores and ships EMOTIV brainwear® products has been shut down by order of the Philippine Government for an undetermined period of time to slow the transmission of COVID-19. The direct consequence of this lockdown is that we will not be able to maintain continuity of deliveries during this time. Orders for products, other than EPOC X, received on or before March March 11th at 12pm PST will be sent out as scheduled. All orders received after 12pm on March 11th will experience unexpected shipping delays.  Additionally, we regretfully will not be able to deliver the EPOC X you pre-ordered as originally scheduled. We will resume shipping of all products as soon as our factory is able to re-open and will keep you informed of these developments.

We understand how disappointing this news is and are deeply sorry that we are not able to deliver the ordered products.  We are just as anxious, frustrated and disappointed by these developments, but it is entirely out of our control. We must follow the restrictions imposed by the authorities in the countries that we operate and put the health and wellbeing of everyone first.

We ask for your patience and forbearance during these difficult times. We are a small company taking on the important mission of democratizing brain research.
